Good2Go App – User Data Deletion Request

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data associated with the Good2Go mobile application.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Open the Good2Go app on your device.

  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account (if available).

  3. Alternatively, you may send an email to support@appgood2go.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

  4. Include your registered email address or any identifying information used in the app so we can locate your account.

Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated personal data from our servers and connected databases (including Firebase and authentication providers such as Facebook and Google).

Facebook Users

If you signed in using Facebook, you can also remove the Good2Go app connection directly from your Facebook account:

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings.

  2. Locate and select Good2Go.

  3. Click Remove App.

  4. After removal, optionally email us at support@appgood2go.com to confirm data deletion.
